Hi Harib

Great link and video. Another channel to check out is Ronny Dahl. Question, both of them mention in their videos that when performing a snatch recovery dampeners should be used to reduce the risk of damage to the vehicle and anyone that might be nearby.

So why is it I've never seen this prosses used in any of the recoveries while driving with the club. I myself carry them and use them every time regaredless.

The last comment I would like to make is that both of the above-mentioned Youtubers say you should NEVER use a towing ball to recover a vehicle. Again I've seen this happen multiple times. As this is common knowledge to most of the off-roading world, why are vehicles with only this type of recovery point being allowed to join the group on the dunes?

I would just like to say that the work which all of the marshals and members put in is above and beyond and I only bring up the above to further the success of the club.
